Dolly

From my first tentative enquiry 6 months ago to today, I can honestly say our journey to picking up our beautiful Dolly has been so easy and a real pleasure with Buddies. Vanessa and Neil have been super responsive, open, honest, good humoured, knowledgeable and very patient with endless emails and texts from me. They clearly love their family Australian labradoodles and have a passion for the breed.

They kept us informed of Aubrie’s pregnancy at every stage, sharing scan photos and we lost hours to the 24/7 ‘puppycam’ once they were born – surprisingly calming on a stressful day! We were welcomed into the family home just 2 days after Christmas to meet Dolly and the whole family who are an absolute delight – both humans and dogs - it was a real treat to be able to meet Dolly’s Mum Dad and big sister! My only concern was taking Dolly away from such a lovely big family who all clearly adored the puppies.

We have had Dolly now for 4 weeks - she is super smart, simply gorgeous and a furry ball of happiness – everyone who has met her has fallen completely in love as have we, we lost our hearts very quickly!

We would recommend Buddies to anyone considering an Australian Labradoodle without a second thought.

We cannot recommend Buddies Australian Labradoodles highly enough, after the loss of our beloved older Labrador we decided on an ALD. Vanessa, Neil & family were so kind and helpful, guiding us on the breed which they have such a passion for. The process from going on to the list to puppy pick was wonderful, we felt so involved. We now have our beautiful boy and he is a joy, he has settled in so well, I can only put this down to all the work Vanessa puts in preparing them for a busy family life. Winnie

We are so pleased we chose to go through Buddies when choosing a breeder for our first dog. Vanessa and Neil are wonderful people who have a great passion for what they do; breeding fabulous family pets. No question has ever been to small and the support is life long. Our Winnie is the most gorgeous, confident pup and has made such an impact on our lives already. We could not have made a better choice than to go with Buddies Australian Labradoodles.

Kenny

Kenny has settled in really well and has a different relationship with each of us.

He is eating and sleeping really well and likes to know someone is close by so he sleeps in a bedroom in his crate. His toileting is also really good and we’re getting used to his signals.

He starts his first 1:1 puppy training session today followed by a 6wk course so this will be his first proper outing , although he has had some car trips and ‘walks’ being held to get used to road noises. He’s also met another dog in the family from a distance for now but we’re hoping they’ll become great friends and enjoy walks together.

He is a cheeky little character and it’s sometimes hard to catch him when he’s having a good run around the garden but when he’s settled he likes a cuddle and a belly scratch.
